Medical editor Dr. Jon LaPook said, "Over the last 30 years, death rates for all cancer dropped by 22% for men and 14% for women, resulting in almost 900,000 fewer deaths in the US." American Association for Cancer Research's Dr. Judy Garber noted, "Cancer is probably 200 diseases, not one disease.
